Day 27 – Tracks to Plexus
Historic Fox River Mills
Located on the north bank of the Fox River, the former Fox River Mills is an aggregation of three old paper mill buildings. On the National Register of Historic Places, the brick buildings date from 1883 through 1915. Two of the buildings served as paper converting plants as late as 1985. The buildings are located just two blocks from College Avenue, a short walk to shopping, the Performing Art Center, fine dining, churches, the library, and Lawrence University.
Day 25 – Condos
View of the condos overlooking Theda Clark in Neenah, Wisconsin. This an HDR, made up of 3 exposures and worked in photoshop.
Day 24 – Winter Country Sunset
It’s been awhile since I’ve shot HDR and thought this was a perfect time. This was made up of 3 exposures, processed in photoshop.
This shot was taken on a side road heading out of Neenah, Wisconsin.
Summer’s View
Summer’ s View was taken at High Cliff State Park in the beginning of June. I was out shooting barns and heading home, when the sun was setting. I just happened to be driving by High Cliff and decided to make a quick pitstop.
Most of the time when I am doing photography I see a scene and know what I want to create. I like using either HDR or textures but lately I enjoy messing with custom textures. For Summer’s View, I opted for an orange and red texture to enhance the scene. Hope you enjoy. Comments welcomed!
I will be uploading a video soon.
